Best Appetite Stimulants?

I've always had a very small appetite and have had to force feed myself before lunchtime. This lack of appetite has always been my biggest roadblock to building mass and I'm curious what supplements/AAS others have successfully used to stimulate their appetite.

I'll be starting GHRP-6 on Monday, which I've heard good things about. I've also heard that EQ is good for this.

Any other advice in regards to increasing my appetite? I do understand that my body will slowly adjust to the caloric increase and would probably allow me to achieve my goal of increasing my food intake, I have just had zero success up until this point. As of now I can usually choke down a 200 calorie/52 gram protein shake between 7:30am and 11:00am, which I'm well aware is insufficient.

Currently I'm 32 years old, 6' 0" tall, weigh 205lbs. I would love to increase my bodyweight (without increasing my BF %) to around 220lbs, but right now that just seems impossible... :(

I always incorporate one or the other for that reason as well as the endurance gained by these two compounds is very desirable; ive never beem as motivated or unable to be "smoked" as when im cycling decca or eq; I smoke weed for my appitite after ive exercised for the day but it fucks with my motivation if i smoke before; Anyway, im real impressed your over 200 lbs with only 200kcal between 7-noon; could be much worse buddy;
 
All true -- deca ans B12, plus dbol. But bottom line, you need to ingest more calories. BIG BLAST would be great for you. It isn;t filling so you can add one or two in addition to your regular meals. Do that every day and you you add 5-10 pounds in a month.

Thank Bro, I actually just started a Test Cyp/Deca/Winny cycle, so hopefully the Deca helps...

I'm also helping that the GHRP-6 makes me as hungry as they advertise!
 
Try Cyproheptadine. is a RX only antihistimine with the side effect of causing an increase in your appetite. I take 8mg a day and it works well for me.
 
eat a meal of carbs by themselves, and you will feel hungry shortly... get used to eating more throughout the day this way...
alternate your meals so you can use these (mostly) carb meals to stimulate your appetite...

Do you have any suggestions on when to consume this meal?

Also, any recommendations on what to include in this carb-only meal?
 
Holy crap there’s a lot of flavor options. Also like how you can fine tune the ingredients. Really need to check this out next bulk protein order.

I'm curious what supplements/AAS others have successfully used to stimulate their appetite.

for AAS. test/deca/dbol cycle and i gained tremendous mass and changed my body composition. however i do not recommend this for a first cycle at all because of the recovery issues and risk of gyno. for supplements WHOLE FOODS. well specifically in your situation I would buy some organic pancakes and eat those for breakfast, and continue eating every 2 hours.. food is the #1 supplement

yeah bro that is what this sport of bodybuilding is all about. we all want to gain muscle and drop fat, if it was easy then this sport wouldn't be a sport!!

plenty of dudes your height post on here are 150-160 pounds and jumping on AAS, so you being over 200 you are too hard on yourself. you will get to 220, just relax and give it time

Oh I'm not complaining... Had my BF checked today and was 8%, so I'm certainly happy with where I'm at.

Over the past 15 years I've realized that diet, and not drugs, is the most potent anabolic and has restricted my ability to grow beyond the sticking point I'm currently at. I can hold 200lbs fairly easily without paying much attention to caloric intake, but it's time for me to stop taking that for granted and to get serious about my diet.

I probably eat 2,000 - 2,500 calories per day, all of which are quality, but I'm going to try to increase that quantity substantially in hopes of hitting my target goal.

Thanks for everyone's input and suggestions!
 
Oh, and trust me, I realize how ridiculously low that caloric intake is for a bodybuilder, but that's why I started this thread in the first place!!!!!!!
 
I cant even believe i forgot to mention Anadrol 50 (A-50). Early in the game i would take the orals and this one in particular would make me so rediculous hungry; im talkin 4am chow sessions, the whole 9; you'll be amazed how much A50 stimulates appitite.

for breakfast when i eat waffles i seem to feel hungry again almost within the next half hour or so... ive eaten all kinds of stuff though, from donuts to chips... bread and oats seem to be a bit more filling for me, so i would say more simple carbs; fast digesting...
i would say the earlier the better... it might not be the 'leanest' approach, but sometimes you have to sacrifice a little to gain a lot...
 
Started GHRP-6 on Monday (400mcg) and started eating a breakast consisting of 2 separate meals:

Meal No. 1 (8:00am) - 400 calorie, 52 gram protein shake

Meal No. 2 (10:00am) - 6 pancakes

Lunch at 12:00pm

Weight has already increased 4lbs in the last 3 days just by adding these 2 morning meals as well as 2 additional healthy snacks/protein bars during the PM.

Food truly is the ultimate anabolic substance.
