best alcohol to drink while on gear i kno u should lay off but if u had to

Yeah......I was gonna say the same thing if you are on a ton of 17-aa orals stay clear of all alcohol, acetominophen and the like. That will only cause extra unneeded stress on the liver...........or better yet go hardcore and just drink Sterno/Rubbing Alcohol.

I'd go with whatever gets you to the level the quickest. That way you can peak early, keep the buzz all night and sip on beers/water for the rest. Consequently allowing you to consume the least amount of alcohol over a whole night. Thats what I do and it does a damn good job of warding off those nasty hangovers.

Obvious? Why?

You're wrong dude.

Beer is 5% alcohol per 12 ounce glass.

Wine is 10% alcohol per 7 ounce glass.

Vodka is 40% alcohol per 2 ounce shot.

You do the math

The point is...it's how much, not what kind.

And just to make it easier, here's a little chart for ya. http://www.healthyeatingclub.com/info/books-phds/books/foodfacts/html/data/data2j.html They're the same.

Pretty obvious, huh?

"A glass of wine, a bottle of beer and a shot of hard liquer all contain he same amount of alcohol. There's no "type" that's better or worse than another"

Bottle Bud Light - 4.2% per 12oz = .5 oz of alcohol per bottle
Bottle Budweiser - 5% per 12oz = .6 oz of alcohol per bottle
Bottle Molson XXX - 7.3% per 12oz - = .88 oz alcohol per bottle
80 proof vodka - 40% per shot = .8 oz per shot
100 proof vodka - 50% per shot = 1 oz alcohol per shot
151 Rum - 75% per shot = 1.5 oz alcohol per shot
190 Proof Grain - 95% per shot = 1.9 oz alcohol per shot

Okay, even according to your chart; negating "lite" beer and the ridiculous 190 proof grain (which is pretty much rubbing alcohol) they're all just under an ounce of alcohol per serving -- give or take a drop.

Hardly worth the argument.
