Best 3 Day Bodybuilding Split...

...other than 5x5. Finished not too long ago, and my body didn't respond as well as I'd like. I'm currently running the following:

Sun: OFF
Mon: Chest/Biceps
Tues: OFF
Wed: Leg/Shoulders
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Back/Biceps
Sat: OFF

I like this routine. It's simple, and the way its set up, I can do Mondays workout Tuesday or Wednesdays workout Thursday (if I have to miss a day).

One big problem with the setup. I'm doing shoulders two days after a touch chest workout (which both use triceps). Is this at all a problem?

I thought about switching Friday and Wednesday, but didn't want to do back two days after biceps. But maybe that's better?

Any ideas?
 
Dont think about it too much my split looks like this

Day 1: Chest back & abs
Day 2: Bis Tris & Delts
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Repeat or take a day off...
 
But why are you training biceps twice and no triceps? Drop a bicep day and throw in some tris bro!

switch monday from back to biceps and it's fine man.
 
Day 1) Legs

Day 2) Chest/Shoulders/Tris

Day 3) Back/Bis


Use heavy compound exercises. Squat, dead, bench, standing press, chins, dips, bb rows, etc
