I am trying to put on some size... kinda bulk but not gain too much fat.. ie staying away from pizza ice cream and fast foods.. but...
i lost my appetite... i use to eat 6 meals a day and take some shakes and did real good that way.. but recently i just cant eat that much... even breakfast is hard to eat.. lunch and dinner im fine with but i cant seem to get extra meals in... like i feel sick before i even prepare food... if i sit in front of it sometimes i just feel super disgusted...
i am coming off a cutting cycle.. and normally my appetite sort of rebounds?!?!? and i can start eating like mad but i dont know...
i know eq would do the trick but id rather not jump on that now and i have heard mixed reports of b12 injections butnot really sure.. i am more looking into different tricks to "naturally" boost the appetite..
I know when i do eat a ton i gain a good amount of lbm but now im not eating enough...
