He had a disease that put large benign growths in his lungs, supposedly it was in remission. I suspect the Pneumonia had something to do with that. Sorry to hear it. RIP. Looks like Ocean's 14 is no longer viable.

I was wondering how he caught it.

RIP. I thought he was an excellent comedian.
