Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below i have used benzos on and off for the last year, but not consistently. maybe about 4-5 times a month and there were even periods of months i wouldnt take them, but ive been on nonbenzos like lunesta. ive taken up to 10mg klonopin some nights to get a good nights sleep. im afraid of the withdrawal situation. can anyone respond to this and give me an idea of what i may be in for? im kinda nervous about it because of all the horror stories ive heard. thanks for replies. k as well.

You'll feel shaky and have trouble sleeping.
If you've taken them DAILY for more than six months, then you could have seizures from your withdrawal.

not benzos daily, but nonbenzos almost daily. but ive went 2 weeks cold turkey off lunesta and had no problems except for insomnia. i agree about the seizures thing. i was on 1 mg of xanax for 6 months once and went off cold turky and thought i was going to die. i was poppin ambien during the day just to calm my nervous system.
