Bentover Row Angle

not sure if youre looking for an exact number..but i recall yates doing his rows rather straight up and down vs. the traditional bend at the wasit..

I have always done these rather explosively which i beleive is a good way to do them, although when i see guys doing them this way they finish almost standing up because they use more weight than they can handle. I like to take them down to where the weight almost hits the floor and then finish at no more than halfway between horizontal and standing up, usually i finish lower than that though.

For a Yate's Row (underhand grip) most prefer a 70 degree angle

For an overhand row I prefer a 45 degree body angle

142.842 degree angle precisely ;)

I would say 135 +/- 20 degree
[180 degree = you stand up straight, 90 parallel to the floor squat]
