I need a lil feedback here guys. I always do cardio on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up. If I can't get to the gym upon waking, I just skip cardio for the day. I know if I eat first, that my body will use glucose floating around in my system as fuel. Will I still burn any fat though? I know it will still speed my metabolism. Should I just hit cardio anyway if i can't do it upon waking?
