Bench shirt ripped???

Ok my question is could a state of the art bench shirt rip down the middle in the middle of a rep, has it happened to anyone has anyone ever had it happen Im sure its possible but there made pretty damn solid arent they. This question is not for me its for the dumbasses I work with and a friend of mine who refuses to join me in reality, theres a kind of long story behind all of that. I just want a little proof to a point iam trying to make to my friend.

my karins' blew out right down the middle two months ago at the bottome of a rep. it was a double denim less than 16 months old, moderately used

ive heard of people blowing out shirts
Dev was ok though since it was 185 that his shirt blew out on him

yes they will blow! all of them, especially when you wear them a size or two too small, poly's sometimes will give you a warning when they start to get runners, denims explode! thats why you always use 3 spotters when shirt benching and you hope if it blows that the bar is near the bottom so it don't have too far to fall on you!!

Rip all of the time, Metals rarely blow out, but Inzer's and any denim can. Not too sure about Titans?

the titan nxg material is probably the toughest poly type material going, but the seams need a little work, the inzer has much better seams. most of the metal gear that i have seen is double ply, the ipf line is not on par with the other top of the line singles, so it is not as popular. my training part has a metal viking pro shirt, that stuff is unlike any of the other, and looks like it is put together well, but anything worn extremly tight has a chance to blow.
