Bench Press Veterans Help

It seems that every time I finsh a cycle I can keep all my lifts high except for bench. It always goes down by like 30 pounds when I come off. I will be doing the Arnold workouts this summer (Upperbody 3x week) (Lower body 3x week) Are there any routine /advice you vets can lend that will help keep my bench high when I come off next time. Ill be using Test sus/Test prop/VAR/Winstrol/Primo/masteron FOR 11 WEEKS so bloat gains shouldnt be a problem

why sust and prop? sust has prop in it. use one or the other bro. but as far as your question goes, keep eating big and do a good pct. some of it might be in your head...

You can burn yourself out pretty easily on the bench. So my only advice to you is if you were hitting it hard and heavy while you were on your cycle, you might be trying to do too much off cycle. So you could very possibly be overtraining(remember, you're not going to recover as fast off the sauce).

Try switching your routine and not benching more than once a week. Instead of worrying about your one rep max, try working with a weight you can handle for 3-4 reps and make it a goal to reach 5-6 reps with that weight. This is what I started to do and my bench actuaaly went up.

True so where can I find these programs of westside etc.?
