Bench press chart?

Hey, i'm new here at the board and am starting to get back into lifting. I lifted for 4 years in highschool and quit at the start of my sr year. I am a freshman in college now and i want to get strong again. At my high school we had charts telling us what reps to do based on our maxes. I have been lifting for 3 weeks or so and would like to find a chart of schedual for the bench. For aditional info. i used to max out around 235-240 in high school and now i'd be lucky if i can do 200. I have lost about 20 lbs since then though(195-175) Thanks for any help in advance.
Thanks,
nick

depends on how in depth of a program you want. You are prob not going to be able to find a chart, but if you go over to the training board i think there is a sticky on the westside program, and others.

I actually figured linear regression for me several years ago. I've totally forgotten how to do real math, though.

I once sat down and figured out what I would've gained using linear periodization, or "a chart," in my first year, vs conjugated periodization, and it was 300 pounds less.
