Bench for Lat Pull-downs

Lat Pull-downs help

I recently purchased a power rack with a lat pull down attachment and 200 lb weight stack. The only problem is it's missing a knee catch/pad which makes it pretty difficult to do lat pull downs. I've searched several sites for utility/ adjustable benches that have a knee catch and haven't been able to find anything. Any suggestions or links to where I might find what I'm looking for??? Thanks

no, but you can buy a big belt and strap your ass down to it for probably a lot less than finding the part you need.

Thanks- I would prefer to find something else, but at least this will work out if I can't find anything else

What kind of rack?

You could adjust the safety bars to hight just above your knees and then put the olympic bar across your lap and under the safely bars. Make sense?
