Decline Bench

225x8 <-took more rest
225x7

My triceps were hurting after those declines. I pressed 225 fifty-five times. I'll be sore.

I've been using all 3 angles on benches the last few weeks with 225 and I keep getting in more total reps and I already notice more size.
 
My elbows are in a neutral position, bar lowered to lower pecs, and back flat on the bench. I don't see the point in tucking too far and lowering to your upper abs and arching unless you are trying to powerlift.

I couldnt agree more, this is exactly how i bench.
