any experienced lifters got a good 6-8 week cycle, got a 430 bench, even though I can do eight good solid reps with 365 (which should put me at 440-450 easily). I always have hand (gripping) problems past 405 (which I usually hit for three and four good reps). Also have a bad problem on the negative portion of my first rep only. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
