Being charged without asking?

Well now I'm mad. EF charged me for 3 months more of Platinum membership without asking me, and I cannot afford it at all.

I callled their (888) 613-8959 and no one is picking up. Left two messages. Nothing.

I can't afford this right now, not a good time for me. Anyone here help me out?

You need to contact BigRickRock or Digger, they're the Admin who can solve your shit ASAP~!

As everybody here knows, Platinum membership is a renewing subscription. If you signed up for the 3month + 1month billing cycle then it renews every 4 months.


You have PMed me before asking about sources and cycles. Now that you have a support problem you make a fuzz on the forums rather than PM me... Thanx.
