beginners question about fatburning

hi from germany and sorry for my english!

the last 2 days i've studied the elite and some other boards to get some infos about the best supplement to burn fat without side effects.
i'm a 35 years old beginner and wouldn't be a hardcore mass builder but i wanna be in good shape.
last year after a bike accident i couldn't do any sports for about 6 month and during this time i'm getting a little fat at my stomach and hip.
my body fat is about 19% and for me it's ok when i'm back again at about 8-10%.
i think i'm a hard gainer and when i've already lost my superfluous fat and make every day sports i could hold my shape.
at this time i'm training 3 times a week and 3-4 times i'm making cardio for 1,5 hour with a pulse frequency at arround 130.

to my questions:

so what supplement do i need to take off about 12-16 lbs?
does it work with a epehdrin free or stimulant free supplement wich i would prefer (if it woks) and if so wich one do you guys prefer?
and what's about carbo blockers like c-block?
and the fat blocker chitosan?
and on what do i have to pay attention when taking the stuff?

for me as a hard gainer i've to take a weight gainer (like mega mass) to build mass but the more carbo in it isn't good at this time to loose fat, right? so i've decided to order some designer protein till i'm in my old shape and looses the superfluous fat pads and starting to build mass only. is it a right decision?

i've found out that the most of you swear on thermorexin but it's expensive and full of individual side effects.

it would be very helpfull when you let me know too where to get your favourites online for the best price.

every help and tips are welcome!!!

thanks alot and kind regards

You don't really need any thermogenics (fat-burners) or other supplements at all. The ultimate key to losing bodyfat (in my own experience of course) is reducing total daily calories below maintenance (300-500 calories below maintenance every day ought to do the trick).

Cardio sessions lasting more than an hour are generally muscle wasting...so you might want to cut down on volume a bit - perhaps incorporate some sprints or other form of interval training.

Getting your diet right usually takes some experimentation with calorie totals - since everyone has a different metabolic rate, activity level, genetics, etc., etc., Good luck to you.

if u really are set on thermogenics, u have plenty of options
1. thermorexin
2.ephedrine-caffeine-aspirin(if u wish)
3.yohimbine
4.vpx clenbuterx(good reviews also)
5.clenbuterol(if u have access to it)

Solid advice right here.

Dont touch thermo's until fat-loss stalls. T-Rex is very very good if you go that route.
