Beginner looking for first cycle advice

Hey all,

I am considering starting a first cycle and looking for information and any helpful tips.

I am 29 years old, 83kg, 192cm. I worked out a lot when I was younger but then I stopped for a while and put on weight (boring office job), got a active job now and also have been working out very consistently for just over 2 years.

Currently have been trying to lean bulk and struggling with progress so I have been thinking that a cycle of Test E (300mg a week) would be a good start for me.

Not sure what else I should mix in while I am cycling for 10-12 weeks. I want to mostly shred down to low body fat but also keep a good amount of muscle on top.

I think I am going to continue natural lifting for another 4-6 months before I begin anything.

When it comes to PCT and stuff, I have read to take N2 during the cycle and after to take the anti estrogen compounds.

Any advice is much appreciated. I have attached some recent pics too.

you had bloods done before?
 
My training routine is 5-6 days a week Arnold Split (2 Chest/Back days, 2 arms, 1 Legs/focusing more on upper body development) Also I train cardio 3 times a week (5km jog) and track 10k steps a day goal (incline walking on treadmill usually).
My workouts are usually quite long and about 8 exercises long within usually 6-8 heavy rep range.
I am benching like 80kg currently for 6-8 reps. I do pull ups and chin ups and crunches/planks most times I am in the gym.

Might want to look into Equipoise. It's a very versatile option and it's very mild even though some people seem to think that it's not. It's one of the best whether you're a newbie or you're experienced.

Just start with some testosterone and kickstart the cycle with an oral. Keep it simple.

Bros, maybe some EQ or primo would work well for you, and some anavar.

As I said in your other thread, you can always start with SARMs or you could jump into steroids. It really is up to you but you need to get blood work done before you start.

Couldn’t agree more!

I started my first cycle on 200mg test E then did bloods, looked alright so increased to 300 and ended up finishing it with anavar but it tanked my HDL

I had it said to me extensively when I was starting my first cycle to keep it simple with a small Test cycle (2-300mg) and see how you react to (bloods, mentally and physically) it before adding other compounds in.

Get yourself a good baseline. If you start your first cycle with multiple compounds and you don’t get the results you want, it makes it harder to diagnose what is and is not working.

At the end of the day brother everyone has different experiences!

N2Guard is definitely a smart decision. It's basically over 40 ingredients all in one so it will help you from top to bottom.
