hmm, suppose. training 4 days a week with 6-7 strong protien meals a day

Ya you can do it!
create a training log in the training forums, with your starting weight etc, training routine, and diet. do that during the week and in 6 months check back to see what your starting weight was at, you will definetly be up weight!
 
def if u need diet help hit up the diet sub forum! they will do wonders, been on a certain persons diet for about 2-3 weeks alredy gained 5 solid but weight ranges up and down depending if i ate b4 i worked out or shitted :) hahah good luck mate put a couple more years on ur training
