Beginner cycle with frontload.

13-15 40mg Nolvadex
15-17 20mg Nolvadex


What do you guy think ?? Will it have any effect ? Some says 200mg Deca is way too little.. But some says its perfekt for first times users. I have trained for 5 years and is 21 years old. 80Kilograms.

If you want to front-load, I would do it with prop at 400mgs/wk. Otherwise, I would just stick to your average dosage week 1-10. You need anti-estrogen on this cycle, so make sure you're running at least .5mgs arimidex ED.

I going to have a sugerry - Gynocomastia. So it is not nessesary to take anti-e. I dont whant prop. 2 steroid must be enogh for the first time. Do I only have to frontload with testoterone or also Deca ?

Just because you're getting gyno surgery, it doesn't mean you don't need anti-estrogens like arimidex during your cycle. You still need to run anti-Es.

Front loading is usually done with shorter half-life compounds like test prop or dbol.

Estrogen is doing a lot more in your body than making tits.

If you're going to have gyno surgery I would not front load anything and I would leave the deca OUT. Arimidex is not effective enough for your situation. Use a strong aromatese inhibitor. One that is called "suicidal" because it will be much more effective and works much faster. I am assuming you don't live in the US. If you did then you could use AIFM from the AF Store. Since you're in Europe you can get AIFM some time next week at the AF Store for Europeans. If you don't have access to AIFM then look for Aromasin pills.

thats actually quite patient. Taking an AI will help to avoid, at least the oestrogenic problems such a bone plate closure, that aromatic steroid use can cause.

I use 400mg a week of deca right now with nice results but 200 is rather low
