The guy has been training for just a year...he obviously can develop more before getting into AAS. However, if you decide to have a go at it anyway- the best advice I can give you is research extensively before doing anything, and make sure your diet and nutrition program is spot on...the biggest factor on a positive change in your body is built in the kitchen.
I made the mistake of not doing enough homework my first time, and I listened to some bone heads that told me to eat everything in sight and lift like a SOB- recommending ridiculous high dose cycles. End result- excess gear that I didn't need for the cherry cycle, and a bunch of excess bloat that took me a year to work off.
Here are the simple facts in my humble opinion:
1) Diet and Nutrition- eat clean.
2) Train until you have reached your plateau naturally
3) Research, research, research
4) Then if you feel you are at the point for AAS- start with a low dose (250 -300) Test only cycle (research Ai's, Pct, etc. before you begin).
