Week 3-6 50mg clomid ED 20mg Nolvadex ED week 6-8 Clen
Diet -
10am 2 cups of otmeal or 1 cup of grits and 1 cup of egg whites
2pm Chicken breast and veggies fruite
6pm Chicken breast and veggies
11pm right after work out proteine shake
11:30 Steak, red baked potatoe, veggies
