No fat burners I keept switchin my work out routines around I worked out like a maniac 6 days a week 2-3 hours at a time, it was like a playground.
right now my routine is:
day 1: Chest and bicepts
day 2: legs
day 3: off
day 4: shoulders and tricepts
day 5: back and rear delts, and repeat.
Day 6: off
Day 7: Off
