Before and After pics

Whats up everyone. I'm new to this board. I'm gonna post a few pics of me, before and after. I dont really have much to work with as of yet, but i will get new photos soon. I started lifting the end of last may, so its comming up to be one year for me. I was tired of being called skinny and small my entire life. Last fall my weight was 118 to 125, fluctuating. So last summer I started lifting my ass off. I read fitness magazines and developed my own workout routine for the summer. Just in one summer i gained 20 pounds of muscle and i gained 5 pounds since then. I just took one shake of protein after a workout, thats it. And somehow i gained. I hit a plateou though. I'm not losing or gaining anymore. I know its from running too, cuz its hard to run and gain mass. I'm thinking about taking creatine, but im not too sure yet, cuz im a jr and have one more year of running left.

The before one doesnt show much, i have other ones, just not on the computer or websites. If i can get them scanned i will post them, but i was pretty bad. Just so skinny, sickly looking almost. And the after ones are from like winter. I'm actually a lil bigger now. I'll update as soon as i get new ones if ya like.
 
Ummm, i just noticed all the talk about roids and crap. It seems this site is filled with roid injecting peeps. Thats not cool. It should be done naturally. Im skeptical about creatine alone. People shouldnt be doing roids whats so ever. You aren't in "elitefitness", if you have to cheat. Plus you wont be so in good fit injecting crap that is full of side effects. Well thats my two cents on the issue
 
lookin' good, dude!! keep lifting and eating clean and doing what you are doing now.........you'll be amazed by your transformation in a few years.

Whoa....simmer down now. Maybe you should have taken a closer look at the site before you posted.
 
ya bro,you are on your way,but there is no need to bash someone elses way of doing things

plus its not really cheating because who are you cheating out of something? its only wrong if you use and compete in natural shows
 
hey you can avoid the roid talk altogether. since i joined, only been in the forum once and posted in anabolics once, and it wasn't about anabolics hah..
 
One more thing... i do know how frustrating it is to hit a plattouh, or however you spell it. What do you guys think about creatine. I just want to gain 10 more pounds of muscle, spreaded everywhere, upper and lower. I know pretty much everything about it. But what i would like to get feed back from who has taken it. I know you gain like 8 pounds right off the bat, water weight, then once you cycle off, you will lose the water weight. I just want to know, on average, how much muscle people gained after they got off it. The difference from before and after pretty much. Thanks
 
Lookin' good dude. You don't need to apologise for having an opinion. If you have strong views against steroids, that's cool.

If you will still be running for another year, why not hold off on the creatine till then. In the meantime, just eat alot more and up your calories and carbs. Creatine costs money and because you will still be running, you will be wasting your money on the creatine at this point IMO.
