Whats up everyone. I'm new to this board. I'm gonna post a few pics of me, before and after. I dont really have much to work with as of yet, but i will get new photos soon. I started lifting the end of last may, so its comming up to be one year for me. I was tired of being called skinny and small my entire life. Last fall my weight was 118 to 125, fluctuating. So last summer I started lifting my ass off. I read fitness magazines and developed my own workout routine for the summer. Just in one summer i gained 20 pounds of muscle and i gained 5 pounds since then. I just took one shake of protein after a workout, thats it. And somehow i gained. I hit a plateou though. I'm not losing or gaining anymore. I know its from running too, cuz its hard to run and gain mass. I'm thinking about taking creatine, but im not too sure yet, cuz im a jr and have one more year of running left.
