I did do all the work, except the carpet. I know you're busting chops, though.
I'm also bringing in a plumber to hook up the last connections to the boiler for radiant heat under the kitchen tiles which are directly over that room.
Actually.... they come out pretty good right out of the dryer. They do need ironing but they look great. Very delicate and fast. The washer and dryer take the same time to finish. It's awesome.
Great work! I have appliance envy now. I LOVE the washer and dryer, and want a new set so bad. Hubby said not until he puts hardwood flooring throughtout the house and redoes the siding.

Very VERY important. If your doing anything with the floors or structure/building now and plan to get a Front load washer and dryer, you MUST reinforce the floor before placing them in place. Whirlpool and others... recommend a 3/4 to 1 inch piece of plywood under the machines on top of the existing floor to reduce vibrations as they spin at very high speeds and are very heavy. I think my washer alone is 270 pounds with the pedestal.
Mine are in the basement on concrete and tile and it vibrates slightly, but on second floor applications it does a lot more. You can even brace the underneath of the floor from the basement to ensure rigidity. Don't take it lightly, there are a lot of problems reported with FL's and floor rigidity. Good luck.
LOL with an endless supply of.....MONEY! we could all do that. There was an existing hole for a window there, so I sheetrocked it and stuck a TV in there. That TV is there for my daughter when I do the laundry. We got 6 TV's in the house. Give me a break man!
