Before and After, March 23

All the following are after..
 
I know that I still have some more work to do as far as cutting, but this is the skinniest I have ever been in my life. (Used to be the fat kid that everyone made fun of....)

Great progress! Very inspirational. But in that first picture, what is your right hand doing? (Dude, you aren't supposed to be that turned on by your *before* pictures ...):D

Well, the last two weeks is where I really lost the body fat. I only took in simple carbs post workout and when I got up in the morning to spike my insulin production. I used NYC/clen one week on/one week off at NYC 1tab 3x a day/clen 1tab 3x a day being sure not to take them after 3pm so I can sleep. Then the most important, diet. Lots of real food and only one protein shake a day.

This is what it looked like:
Breakfast: 7:30-8am
1 egg
3 egg whites
1/8 serving of jello
multi-vit
nyc or clen

10am
I packet of tuna
L-glutamine

12noon (lunch)
2 breast of chicken

2:30pm
2 pieces of multi-grain bread or whole wheat
lots of deli slices of turkey
l-glutamine

4pm workout

6pm-post workout
Protein shake
L-glutamine
multi-vit
1 small bottle of clear gatorade

8pm dinner
2 breast of chicken

10:30 bedtime
1 packet of tuna

I appreciate all the kind comments that everyone has posted.

Mike- I told you and everyone else that those last pictures were mid-cycle. When I want to get big, I concentrate on that...then when I cut, I concentrate on that. Someone that I look up to told me this and that is what I have been doing.

To AT LEAST maintain if not grow even more WITHOUT gear.

I made the mistake of using gear too soon, and by me saying 'too soon' I mean as in knowledge of diet/supplements, which I have learned now the hard way. I also think that it is not too late for me to still try the natural route.

Excellent work Ben! Stay natural for now and keep doing what you're doing. You'll be adding more lean muscle as you go. Keep it up!!

Yeah, well... I have upped my post-workout cardio and been running instead of the bike and the stairmaster and I can tell some difference. But I am sure that all the junk food I took in for a week did not help the progress of my love handles. Oh well, just have to work harder! But I think it was well worth the enjoyment of snacking on fudge brownies, cookies, ice cream, etc. :)

So is this basically Crum's diet or what? I don't see too much fat in it at all... aren't you getting crazy carb and fat cravings? I know I would be...
