Bro you've made good gain for just 18 months of lifting for sure. I think you now should try to focus more now on cutting your carb and sodium intake to let off some of excess water weight/fat you've gained from your bulking progress.

You definetely have a good frame to start taking juice regardless of what people say that you are to young. My opinions you should just cut some fat before you jump into any Test cycles because your body will be more prone to gyno at a higher bf%, besides with a lower bf% you can see the definition your muscle growing on your body at an incredible pace while on AAS.

Thanks for the compliment, that's exactly what I'm planning on doing. For the next 9 months I'm changing to a cleaner bulk, and doing cardio a few times a week.

your gains are a great sign of your natural high levels of testosterone at work. why suppress them with juice, you may be able to ride on them for quite a while. it would be interesting to know what ur test level is. tell mom u need a blood test.

Good thinking...

How much has yor strenth increased in the last 18 months?
Hmm, Ill try really hard to tell the truth here.

Bench was probably, 135x6
Squat, 135x6 (lol)
Deadlift maybe 225x6? I was always strong at that lift.

Now, Bench is 225x9
Squat 250x8
Deadlifted 375x6

hell i forgot u lived up north, isn't all the health coverage free? yah, i check it just for the hell of it .........if it's free.

Natural test levels on a 20 yo on average is around 100mg a week, on a 35 yo its around 50-70 a week. People are confused by the whole "Being young your testosterone production is going crazy" its a myth. It's your BMR that is suppressed dramatically by age, not really your Test levels.

So basically whether you wait till your 20 or if you decide to wait until your 30, your test levels will be around the same no matter what.

Either or, yes by doing AAS at a younger age you will somewhat suppress your natural test levels, but I feel he should be okay as long as he PCT's the right way.

It's usually the training and nutrition experience that is lacking in young AAS users as well as their false sense of invincibility. Until you develop the "mind/muscle" connection and can cut to single digits as well as bulk naturally you have no business doing AAS. It took me years to get the mind/muscle connection with my back training. The drugs become a crutch. That being said, I haven't used anything illegal in quite a few years and should have waited longer before I started experimenting. Being "hoooge" doesn't really matter to me anymore and general fitness has become more of a focus.

Thanks for telling that, why do you think you no longer want to be "hoooooge?"

You did great over 18 months seeing this kind of progress naturally makes me think you should hold off even more on the juice and see where your genetic potentail takes you first.

I see what you mean by young juicers how they really don't know how to train and just think popping themselves in the butt with a dart is gunna get em diesel regardless of focusing on proper ways to really squeze and fatigue the muscle. But it does seem that YG is pretty disciplined with his routines and educated on dieting so I don't see him just trying to get a quick fix from aa AAS cycle. Especially since he said he is going to do a Test E cycle which is the best choice for a first cycle. Its not like he's gunna be running a Dbol only cycle without a pct (which is most common for local nubes at gym w/o knowledge).

I was 265-270 @ 15% BF @ 5'10" and couldn't do basic athletic things but my squat workout was a 5x5 with 605 lbs. Maybe I just realized that there is more to life than being big......I've always been driven to be "the best" at whatever I tried, being the best doesn't mean being the biggest. I actually think a 70's pro physique is 10x better than the modern look.

I would like to see him hit competition shape, while retaining reasonable muscle mass, without chemical assistance before I would give a thumbs up for drug use. Simply show that he has mastered every aspect of bodybuilding before he moves on. In the long run, I feel it would benefit him. Anyone who has competed can tell you the theory of dieting to competition shape is much different than doing it.

Great advice bro. Before I "bulked" I did a cut, I was 17, my diet was way off (Not enough cals but TOTALLY clean), and I was doing 45min of cardio in the morning, gym class, then working out, and 45 more before bed, I know the cardio part pretty well, heres how lean I have been,,,

Trying to rock the Enrique Inglesias look eh? At least you weren't sporting the usual stainless steel necklace this time around.

I would recommend competing in a natural competition. You'll experience what it's like to compete and learn how your body responds.

Great idea man, I've been thinking about this, I'm just not liking the idea of losing muscle while cutting. THen having to gain it all back. Maybe Ill do the natty comp, then start aas soon after?

i'm not messing with you at all.. i'm actually curious.. why you wanna hit the gear so bad? what are your motivators?

I new it was time to start juicin when I hit a plateau in my strength. I was literally stuck bench around 240 for 6 months straight when I was 19.

im in the same boat as you...the last thing i wanna do is sacrifice strength and size, but i also dont want to be a huge fat ass. you also have a tendancy to put on more lean mass when your at a lower BF%, so that should be a good motivation...

also chances are your mass and strength lost will come back quicker than gaining new mass and strength because of muscle memory
