Squats: 115x5,140x5,170x5,195x5,230x3,170x8
Bench: 100x5,125x5,150x5,175x5,205x3,150x8
Rows: 100x5,125x5,150x5,175x5,205x3,150x8
Weighted situps: 3x8
Once again, mild to moderate pain when I squat, but the weight went up easily. Other lifts went fine.
