I'm 34 and have been clean since I was in my early 20's. I did 3 cycles, each with just one drug: test prop, dBol, and Anadrol. Right now I'm 232lbs, 20% fat, 6'2" and working my way down to 10% fat before I'm considering starting a cycle. I'm doing a push/pull/legs routine with interval training for fat loss. My diet is clean although I don't bother weighing shit anymore, and won't ever waste time doing that again.
My reasons for wanting to start a cycle is to get my lean muscle mass up again. Over the years I've lost about 15 lbs of muscle and I'd like to get it back.
I need super lean gains that won't have everyone talking about me hitting the sauce (including my wife who knows I used to use and was with me for one of those cycles), absolutely NO issues with anger or personality (I have a professional job with professional clients who expect professional service), and something that is reasonably easy to get and not counterfeited too much.
I'd also need good advice about most cycle therapy as well as diet. I'm mostly clueless.
I'm just looking for the most simple solution that meets the criteria I've outlined.
I know I'm asking for the world here, but I just thought I'd see how much things have changed over the years. I have a sense of what I should be doing, but it's been a long long time since I spent any time thinking about this stuff.
