Hey Bros and Ladies!

I posted a pic in my gallery of my back. Let me know what you think. I started in May of 2003....I weighed 230.
This was photo was taken Nov 2003. I now weigh 190-195. I wouldn't have made this much progress without everyone's help, sarcasm and motivation.

Let me know what you think. I'll post some more later if I did this right!

Hey....I found a before pic....unfortunately it isn't of my whole body. But, it is of my face (scanned it off my driver's license) and shows how FAT I was...so again check it out!
