TOO muscular? while those things are possible in theory...practically speaking, uh uh. my bf is probably 14-15% there, and i'd like to be down around 9-10% before i start a super-clean "bulk" (i.e. modest caloric surplus...just enough to start putting on some mass and strength). that may not be realistic given what little mass i have now...

or maybe i'll just start sticking needles in my arse.
 
You look lean dude though it's hard to tell from the pics. You strike me as having an ecto bodytype. Use it - you look better with size than the other dudes. Thin waists are where it's at, though I might only be saying that cause I'm an ecto.

i consulted with fonz for this pic. the lighting is engineered for maximum thickness and cutteration.

willz, no, it's just a set of hooks for towels, clothes, dead hookers, etc.

this is how i look now, but i've looked more or less like this for quite some time, probably forever. when i lose self-control and eat like a pig for 1-2 weeks, i get fat, and i hate that, so then i crash diet (know better, but whatever)...i'll do genius shit like fast for 48 hours and run 3-4 times in that period...it's awesome for sucking muscle out of you like sub's mom sucks dick through an unzippered fly. meanwhile, my gym workouts are all fucked, of course.

if i'm being good, then i'll stick to a modest/clean bulk of 2000-2500 calories, hoping for 250-300g protein and keeping the carbs as low as i can while still feeding the machine for pre and post workout needs. hopefully no more than 150g.

i'm satisfied as long as my lifts keep going up, which they almost certainly will, given that i've only been back in the gym with some regularity since january (and 2.5 years of nothing before that).

also, my mother didn't love me enough.

I agree, your delts look particularly good.

I lazied out and didn't look for your training log. Without knowing, I'll just say lift heavier weights and you'll pack on more muscle when you "cheat" and eat a little more calories.

Maybe "heavier weights" should read "More intensly". Not that I think you're whimping out in your training, but when I wo intensly, I can eat pretty much anything and still get my muscle to absorb them. At least in my mind it's like that.

i was doing work sets with 145/155/165, up from the typical 75/85/95 n00b shit i was doing when i got back in the gym earlier this year.

of course i dead and squat. but nothing's regular these days. lower body work can also interfere (obviously) with my running, so i might bring it back in with more regularity, but keep the reps lower to focus on strength and hopefully minimize tissue breakdown, soreness, etc.

man fuck interfering with running, runnings should intefere with lower body work...

that was the first time id ever actually done the 3 plates, but i had do 275x8 for 2 sets in the past, so i knew i could get it.

if you wanna skimp out on squats and deads like that, work up to a max set, like do one balls to the walls workset. gets your strength up there with some good benefits without taxing you too much.
