Been a while

I'm 33 and it's been a while.

I did a simple 6 week cycle about 10 years ago and had great results.

I still go to the gym but have amassed about 15 lbs of gut I can't shake.

I cardio 2.5 miles per day - running/jogging and lift as I did for years, just not as much weight.

Diet is solid @ 5 times a day.

I can't shake the gut though. I would be open to suggestions for getting rid of it and I can't say that I wouldn't mind getting a bit bigger.

Also - just hunting around the net, what's the deal with xxxxxxxxx? BS or what?

Whats your diet currently? I might suggest HIIT, which I ONLY like for bros having trouble with standard cardio.

Meal #1 - Myoplex Shake

Meal #2 - Go Lean Cereal and 2%

Meal #3 - Light lunch usually grilled chicken and some rice

Meal #4 - Grilled chicken only

GYM

Meal #5 - Myoplex Shake

Snack - Couple slices of turkey breast or chicken.

--Now this isn't written in stone. Sometimes the cereal is oatmeal or lunch might vary. But this is the routine. It's a lot less then I ate when I did my first cycle.

I used to be a big believer in HIIT cardio, but on my current show diet I've been doing the slow and long cardio and it's working better. I'm gaining size while getting harder. I think that HIIT burns too many calories and flattens me out.

Aye, I agree with that. But he wants to lose his gut and can't get rid of it with regular cardio, so I suggested HIIT for him. I also only do slow and long cardio as HIIT burns too much muscle for me to lose.

Hey all - SORRY !!

I am guilty of not reading the stickies - sorry about that. This has changed a bit since I did it, before it was a guy at the gym, now it's WWW.
