I'm 33 and it's been a while.
I did a simple 6 week cycle about 10 years ago and had great results.
I still go to the gym but have amassed about 15 lbs of gut I can't shake.
I cardio 2.5 miles per day - running/jogging and lift as I did for years, just not as much weight.
Diet is solid @ 5 times a day.
I can't shake the gut though. I would be open to suggestions for getting rid of it and I can't say that I wouldn't mind getting a bit bigger.
Also - just hunting around the net, what's the deal with xxxxxxxxx? BS or what?
