Read a post from another site and became interested... No one was able to make an intelligent case and back it up with some facts so I thought u guys could take a crack at it.
A friend of mine suggested to me that injecting at night before bed is more beneficial to muscle growth as most of your changes happen while you sleep. I cant seem to find anything to back this comment up, anyone know if this is true?
