I was doing some shrug work and did it to almost failure. I then proceed to rack the weights. The first one was fine, but when I tried to rerack the right side I almost landed the dumbell on my balls. It was so close to smashing my gems. Instead it trapped my gym shorts to the rack coming so close to taking my right nut out.
This ever happen to you? I'm sure this doesn't happen to the taller guys since your balls probably sit higher up.
