Had biceps/forearms today brothers, gotta say felt a little sluggish but haven't been taking my pwo. But pumps were amazing and felt like a beast.

Any acne yet? I broke out on epi-strong after about 7 days.

No man honestly my body has been holding up well with that, I hope I'm not jinxing myself now. It's usually not a problem
