Just submitted my first order for needto's Beastdrol n Katanadrol w/ the liver protectant. Ive been reading up n im amped!
Im looking for some some suggestions here on how I should run.
First some stats:
Im 26 yrs old 190 lbs @ 12% bf.
Max. bench- 275lbs
Squat-375 lbs
Leg Press- 650 lbs
Diet: I do not keep a running log yet my diet is fairly clean and simple. Most of my foods are found on Needto's suggested shopping list.
Daily ( I typically eat 5-6 portions throughout the day)
3000- 5000 calories
200- 250 g protein
complex carbs
some simple carbs (from sugar)
Current Supplements:
daily vitamin
5 g creatine monohydrate
Powerfull (usp)- helps w/ deep sleep
viagra ( have a script but have yet to take any)
ASS history:
I have experimented with dbol, winny, test e, eq.
I have ran a couple of cycles but nothing to serious.
My last cycle- ( ran for 5 weeks)
50 mgs dbol ed
400mgs EQ a week
600 Test- e a week
gained 13 bs while on, lost 5 since.
I have been off for a month now w/ no pct ( I know, and I wonder why Im losing lbs!). Labido is down as well as strength n stamina. Going to lab in three days for blood work
Im consistent in the gym 4-5 days a week.
Ive used methylated orals in the past and they made my back hurt so much that I was forced to continue.
Please, any advice, suggestions, cycle-diet plans will be appreciated. I respect Elite Crew's experience and there reputation.
