Also i have a full bottle of post cycle and unleashed for the pct, and i have forma-stanzol but its a little old and turned an orangeish color...not sure if thats good? Thanks guys
everything looks perfect. the forma even though it has turned its color a bit is still perfectly fine. ad a tiny bit of water and shake the fuck out of the bottle. it has not lost any of its power at all. all liquid products do this. I got a bottle of dermacrine in my bathroom that I am in mid use of and the liquid is no longer yellow like it always is its pure brown. I can tell for a fact its still working as it always is. I get the same awesome feeling of well being I always get 30 mins after putting it on.
All this is is the color dies that are put in the product to give it that nice appealing yellow color are starting to brake down.
The cycle looks awesome my man. Make sure you are taking in a good amount of cals. total body weight times 18= the total amount of cals you want to take in each day. Then split these cals in a 40/30/30 if bulking or a 50/20/30 if trying to keep it lean.
Eat most of all your carbs the first 3/4ths of your day and cut off all carbs except veggies fore the last 1/4th of your day. If you get up early and end your day at 10pm or so then shut carbs off around 6-7pm and only eat veggies for carbs unless you just finished a work out around that time.
Make sure at least 60% or more of the fats you take in are from omega fats and good fats like this. Fish,nuts,some red meats,olives,avocados,flax oil,olive oil and things like this. A better protein bars made with smart balance peanut butter once in a wile is always good.
Adding nuts or flax oil to your wheytobuildmuscle protein shakes is also good. Another great add is using muscle replenisher after your work outs. this will give you some creatine and that is always good on cycle this will add more gains. Ancient strength half our pre work out can make up the rest of the creatine you need too.
Another great idea would be to add some gear to the cycle too. This can also add a lot of gains. All of this is up to you though. You got a great pct laid out and a great cycle laid out. After pct is over you can look into running same bridge and then sarms after that if you like but that is for later and again all up to you.
