Are beans good when dieting. I'm trying to give up on eating meat for the next two months so I started using beans to replace them.(kidney,pinto and black beans)
Is this a good thing, a bad thing or is it nothing to worry about?
Also if these are the wrong types of beans to eat what would the good ones be?
