because it should have been cut and dry... they got leapfrogged two weeks in a row... i saw teams with bye weeks all year long not drop in the polls... but now they do?

they dont need a 16 team tourney.. maybe just 4... and make them happen in bowl games, then have the national championship game the following week.. hell, timing cant be an issue considering the game isnt till the 8th this year.. a full week after the long time running games.

SEC is the toughest conference. The champ of that should definitely play for the national title especially considering they have the same record as Michigan.

I won't be upset either way cuz I hate FL with every fiber of my being but I want to see OSU-FL in th e national championship. Michigan had their shot and they lost. If OSU plays ND 3-4 times ND will probably win one of those so a rematch is pointless. OSU-MI still doesn't answer the question of whether OSU could beat FL. OSU-FL solves the problem. No doubt the first game was the game of the year though.
