Bcaa

To fully understand this you would have to have a basic idea of Anatomy & Physiology.........ie...aminos are the building blocks of protein...protein synthesis is needed for tissue regeneration (muscle)......BCAA (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) are amino acids that play a huge part in tissue regeneration by "kickstarting" the release of insulin (along with carbs) in one process, and by initiating the process in which mRNA (messenger RNA) starts the process of tissue (muscle, etc) regeneration

To avoid catabolism (breaking down)......first thing in the morning and immediately post-workout are the best times to consume BCAAs (insulin output postworkout with leucine alone results in almost 4x more output than without it)

BCAAs are also indicated in burn trauma to speed recovery.....

good info there bro :rainbow:

When you eat protiens, your digestive system breaks them down into various Amino Acids. You are just shortening the digestion process and getting AAcids into your system faster by taking the supps. Some people swear by them, others say if you are taking in enough complete proteins, you don't really need to supplement with AAcids.

I occasionally take them if I don't have time or can't make a shake with whey etc. pre and or post workout, or just as insurance.
