Yeah, but they sell it only in powder form and it tastes like ass.
If you want the best BCAA supplement, use gear. End of story.
What i do is take a whole scoop of powder, put the powder in my mouth, sip a bit of water mix it with the BCAA in my mouth and swallow. Then drink more water. Doesnt taste bad at all this way. You would have to take a whole bunch of pills to get 25 grams of bcaa.
Instantized powdered bcaa mix great in water and taste kind of sweet, add crystal light and it tastes better.
