I like the flavored powder BCAA mixes. I used to use xtend, but I've been using Recoverpro for a while now and I'm very happy with it. Also it is a 4:1 ratio

Just found bcaa powder from muscle sport with 10:1:1 bcaa ratio sour apple micronized ,,,tastes good too!
