No, but if you use diet soda and ketchup and cook chicken in it, it makes a great barbecue sauce. I found a low cal/low fat ketchup on fatfreefoods.com. I'll post the recipe if you are interested.

check out your local supermarket for the brand walden farms, they have lots of different sauces and dressings, even calorie free maple syrup and chocolate

Thank flexy, These boards are wicked, ive been reading them 4 ages but just never go round to posting, now ive started the ball rollin im sure theres a lot more where that came from.... hopefully not that cheesy!!!
