BBQ Samich

Well i was channel surfig the other night and ran acroos this show. Basically was one of those toolbox host visiting some southern bbq joint. Well they made these bbq beef sandwiches that looked so good. So today i go to this meat market that sells bbq. I order some sliced pork and a big ass thing of coleslaw. I got home toasted some bread slapped on like a half pound of pork, dumped a ton of coleslaw on tap and then added some bbq sauce. Yeah let me say it was pretty damn good.

i prefer shredded pork as opposed to pulled pork. But over all, I could miss it for 100 years and not be upset.
