Sorry if this question has been posted before, but I have been finding my sticking point during BB BP is about 2-3 inches off my chest. The bar comes off my chest fine, but starts to stick until I my tri's kick in, then it flys to the top.
My question is: What muscle is my weak spot? (Delts or lats?) What lifts can I do to help strengthen this sticking point?
Like I said, I apologize if I missed the posts previous on this.
FYI, this is PL style of BP.
