Bay Area dryness?

I could always just head to downtown San Francisco... It's always warmer and sunnier there........................ isn't it?

I like the cooler weather anyway, I just usually wear t-shirts during the winter where I used to live... 8500' in the mountains for most my life has inured me to any cold spells and the such.

Just head to Polk Street, it's REAL hot there.
