OK SO BASICALLY I DO SIT UPS AND CRUNCHES ALOT I JUST STARTED UP IM NOT FAT BUT IM A LITTLE CHUBBY IM ROUGHLY 173lbs BUT IM TRYING TO GET MORE FIT AND A HARDER STOMACH
I DO 3 REPS OF 45 CRUNCHS AND 3 REPS OF 30 SIT UPS AT FIRST
MY MAIN QUESTION IS WILL THIS HELP ME BURN FAT AS WELL AS GAIN MUSCLE IN MY LOWER AND UPPER ABDOMINAL MUSCLES?
