I have a little dilemma. I am going to Army Basic Training on Nov.23rd and I wanted to do a contest that falls a week and half earlier on Nov.13th. Would it be wise to skip this contest since I will be going into basic training with extremely low bodyfat?

For what I've heard of military service Basic there is a tremendous amount of cardio as well as explosive exercise. Unless you get the opportunity to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours during Basic I think you're going to need some bodyfat.
