He guys, I am tryind to get my father(who has started HRT) to take some basic supps. He curently does not take any, not even a multi....I know that i can get him to take a good 4-5 pills every morning, but thats about it. I am thinking that he needs ,fish oil, green tea extract and a multi. That being said, i want to find the most potent/strongest per dose. I only have 4-5 pills to work with here. Who has the best higher mg fish oil, green tea, and multi? K to those that help.

IMO buy vitamin shoppe brand everything. They make a quality cheap product...the 1 thing I reccomend EVERY guy take on here is Super Male Plex by the vitamin shoppe...

Super Male Plex
Fish Oil
Multi of course but ANY brand at the supermarket works just fine

good luck to him and you

A couple other things that I like are (also note i'm 41 so I'm experiencing some of the "older people" issues these days, probably accelerated some by my yrs of lifting):

MSM -- helps w/ the joints - I've tried glucosamine / chondroitin & the MSM but it seems the MSM is what makes the diff - its something you sort of end up takign long term but I've been dealign w/ tendonitis since the early 90s, including several visits to teh physical therapist over the years & this helps me a lot.

grapeseed extract or r-ala -- or some good anti-oxidant.
- its one thing to put in good things (i.e. good diet, etc.) but part of your body running efficiently is eliminating some of the "back up" from years of a typical diet. Sort of like when you change your oil regularly --- just keeps things running smoothly.

Green tea tablets from the AF store. Fish oil I think your version in the US is Udos oil, omega 3:6:9. Vit E is also a good one and You could also try Seasapure from the AF store helps with bulking / cutting and LDLs etc, have a look on there and there are lots of good posts regarding info about their stuff.

Supplements are fine,

Most of what we need is in the food we buy,

Get your dad in to the gym,

cardio, lifting

and in a couple of years

Have him on test and primo, pct, anti e,

Then second cycle, same as above with D-bol

Third same as above

Adding Fina and Winny to the D-bol

Growth is a complete waste of time, and money, I have used it for over 10 years,

Test cream is fine, but he needs serious exercise

and lifting & cardio are excellent and help him psychologically too.

I am on my way to the gym

On September 14th I will be 56, so just one year younger than your Father.

Good luck and best wishes to both of you.

Nah......he will not touch anything like that. He is not interested in gettting big, bulking or cutting. Just over all health.

How come you took it for ten years without results? Thats a lot of $$$.

Maybe had more money than brains,

Friend are still spending 600 bucks a box,

I can do a whole cycle for 600 bucks, gear, anti-e pct.

There I think its a valid point to make sure he gets his test levels checked -- 'hormone therapy' doesn't have to be limited to just GH -- lowered levels of test can really impact the quality of your life & have nothing to do w/ getting cut or big or whatever -- but before telling him to self-medicate anything I'd definitely check on the doc stuff.

You did say he's on test cream -- I guess if that's working for him - that's great.

he is under a anti aging doctors care....funny enougfh, they do not recomended any sups.....im just a big supp fan....at least of the basics.

I often wonder where doctors are w/ supps relative to the often over-hyped supplement industry -- I've found most docs are just completely removed from a fitness lifestyle in general -- My ob/gyn had no clue what thermogenics were and felt she needed to send me to specialist because of my "elevated blood pressure", despite the fact that I had just come from my AM cardio session following poppign a couple thermos....

But even more so, an anti-aging guy -- I dunno - I talked to one in S. Florida just cuz they were hyping up GH on this health radio show & I wanted to see what was up with that. Are they just trying to push expensive hormone stuff as a specialty or what?

I think the stuff I use is pretty basic but I've come to feel that a good diet should cover most things, but a good multi certainly can't hurt. For things that can become bigger issues over time, I'm a huge fan of MSM and anti-ox's in general simply because a lifetime of 'living' is going to accumulate byproducts of the daily metabolic functions.

IMHO anyway.
