Basic keys to learn before juicing and better still when you do start.

great post but shouldve been obvious...i guess we have to consider how we all started off...how much determination we had to lift weights, gain respect, and have sexual appeal...but damn mike, we started liftin together since we were in 7th grade...when he had that crap lil orange bench outside by your in-ground pool..liftin hot as hell in summer time...those were our foundations...and the "hardcore basements"..hhaaha..but yeah, i wish we had this message board back in 1992...we were stupid too "Androstenedione!!! 19-norandrostenedione!! we're gonna get JACKED!!!!" lol..

i think alotta the new generation has a better advantage..seein the new headz roll into the gym...they have better supplements now, and protein shakes dont taste like alien piles of shit...they never have to go through that...

good advice..stay natural...then hit the juice....get huge...

Screw eating, working out, and steroids. Just go out and buy a couple bottles of synthol. On a more serious note, good post mike. How ya been?

Good bro. Yeah I got fucked up last night. Damn I never understand why I need less sleep after I drink. This is the part where I wrote "we need to live a little as well." Remember everyone is different and has different goals. Yes guys I do go out on the weekends and drink. Maybe once a week. Very rarely 2 times a week but the second time will only be 2-3 drinks max. I have no problems growing when I want to and even though I'm dieting I'm still losing at a good pace. I'm fine with my current size and don't want to be any bigger just leaner, harder, and more conditioned.

very good post bro. So many people dont understand the importance of diet and sleep. I get 9hrs sleep night and it makes a huge differance. my room mate trains with me and we go at it HARD. He eats goods but I dont think he understands the importance of sleep. You would think he would get the picture when I go to bed at 10 and he waits till 12:30. Then wanders why he dosnt make the progress I do.
 
Good post bro.

I would also like to add that you need 400-500gr of protein to maximize growth. You have to go to extreme measures to grow at extreme rates.
 
Great post PT. I seem to have all of the ingredients except the sleep. My four boys just don't seem to allow for alot of sleep, max I get during the week is 5 per night if I expect to workout at 5AM in the morning. I try to make up for it on the weekends but that is also ususally my time for excessive sex with the woman, but we get lots of sleep between sessions so its good.

But still I grow slowly, guess if I can get some more sleep it will make a big difference.

Thanks for reminding me why it seems to go so slowly.
